Charlene Platon, MS, RN, PHN, FNP-BC is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Window. She currently works as Director of Ambulatory Nursing at Stanford Health Care, is an inaugural Johnson & Johnson Nurse Innovation Fellow, and is a founding member of the Technology, Research, & Innovation Steering Committee at Stanford.
